Return & Exchange Policy
Shipping is FREE for prepaid orders and COD orders above for Rs.1599/- our Valuable Customers. Rest a standard charge of Rs.80/- is applied
We ensure that we deliver your order as soon as possible and depending on the location and the courier partner's standard delivery time it may take around 4-15 working days for the product to reach you.
Please allow us 24-72 working hours to process your order. We currently ship products only within India.
We DO NOT accept returns.
Return will ONLY be provided in case there is a defect in the product or a wrong product is delivered by mistake.
The defect needs to be shared within 24hrs of delivery with pictures and video evidence. After the said time, it will NOT be accepted.
Once the item is received by us (8-10 days), a thorough inspection by our QC team will be done, IF APPROVED ONLY THEN the return will be accepted. If there are any signs of wear, return will NOT be accepted.
All the tags should be intact and the product should be in it’s original packaging.
